    Sunday Lunch Box

    Pre order your Kosher Classique lunch box.

    4 lunch box options to choose from:

    • Smoked Salmon box (Large Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with whole fruit and muffin);
    • Protein Salad box (Gluten free option. Protein salad and 4 x cookies plus fruit – tuna niçoise);
    • Egg sandwich box (Vegetarian option – Whole grain bread sandwich with egg salad and lettuce plus fruit and muffin);
    • Falafel wrap box (Vegan option – Eggplant, falafel and spinach wrap + 4 vegan cookies + fruit).

    Creative Writing Through Circus Skills (for primary-aged children)

    Simi Genziuk facilitates a unique creative writing workshop for children by combining her two passions, circus and writing. Participants learn the basis of three to four circus skills and use the experience as the inspiration for creative writing exercises. As part of the event, storyteller Zoe Bell will be doing a reading of Simi’s book, So She Did.

    This workshop is one hour in duration, and participants find it extremely gratifying. Most kids leave with a skill and a story!

    Dr Hubble is Australia’s favourite bubble man. He loves bubbles and can make them do amazing things. He manipulates simple soap bubbles to create miraculous moments of wonder. Dr Hubble will show you bubbles you have never seen before: the square bubble, the octagon bubble, the chimney and the explode-a-bubble. This is a fun, funny and slightly educational show with subtle storytelling and a message of sustainability woven through it. You’ll have to see it to believe it.

    Love, regardless is a collection of poetic narratives that celebrate love that endures.  As a culture we are inundated by romantic narratives which dramatise the passionate beginnings of young love and/or detail its devastating, torturous endings.  But what about couples who survive the years together and remain committed, devoted?  What do we know about their stories outside stereotypes of the stale, faithful or boring? Written by Barbara Kamler and directed by Romi Kupfer, Love, regardless presents a theatrical reading of three narratives taken from Barbara’s collection, exploring these intimate stories of passion and pathos in live performance. Following the readings, there will be a Q and A with Tali Lavi and Barbara Kamler.
