Leah Kaminsky is a physician and author of 12 books. Her third poetry collection, Disorders of the Blood (Puncher & Wattmann 2024), was shortlisted for the Margaret & Colin Roderick Literary Award. Her latest novel is Doll’s Eye (Vintage 2023). The Hollow Bones won the International Book Awards (Vintage 2019). The Waiting Room won the Voss Literary Prize and was shortlisted for the Helen Asher Award (Vintage 2015, Harper Perennial US). She holds an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts (USA).
